Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by SeattleLocksmith.com. Please read them carefully as they outline the responsibilities and obligations of both the client and our company.

Service Agreements

This document serves as a binding agreement that includes terms regarding services, payments, warranties, and liabilities. Before any service is rendered, the client must review and sign this agreement, which serves as an acknowledgment of the terms herein. Any deviations from these terms must be authorized by SeattleLocksmith.com management. Any verbal or written agreements outside of this document and the provided estimate are considered invalid.

Services

• All work will be performed efficiently and in accordance with the estimate provided by SeattleLocksmith.com, which the client has signed.
• Services will be scheduled based on availability, and the client agrees that no work will be performed under extreme weather conditions that could compromise the quality of the service or the safety of all parties involved.
• Warranty work will be conducted during our business hours, which are from 9 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week.

Payment and Billing

• All services must be paid in full upon completion. Until payment is made in full, all materials used remain the property of SeattleLocksmith.com.
• Any arrangements for deferred payment must be approved by management.
• Final approval of the work will be conducted by the client upon completion.
• We accept payments via check, credit/debit card, cash, or Zelle.

Warranty and Liability

• SeattleLocksmith.com offers a 90-day warranty on all hardware, labor, and work from the date of installation, except in cases of misuse, vandalism, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• This warranty does not cover repairs on existing parts, tampered work, or services provided by another locksmith.
• There is no warranty for parts, hardware, or labor affected by weather conditions.
• Door closers are covered under the 90-day warranty, excluding any necessary adjustments due to changes in weather.
• Custom work, including welding, framing, and door installation, is also guaranteed for 90 days.
• Modifications to existing materials are not covered, nor is any work exposed to extreme weather, vandalism, or abuse.

SeattleLocksmith.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to clients at any time.
